The Jasper JA-3DB-L is a triple waterless wok range rated at 240 MJ/h on LPG — a full wok section for a bottled-gas site. Duckbill burners under each well push a wide, shaped flame up the wall of the wok, which is where wok hei comes from rather than from the base alone. Three wells is a production wok line: two cooks working and a third well free for a holding pot or a second order.

Fit notes
Allow 1800 mm of width and 900 mm of depth, with the deck at 1180 mm. On LPG, size the cylinder bank and the regulator for 240 MJ/h — at this input a small bottle set will not hold a full service — and leave a safe changeover position. The canopy must cover the full 1800 mm.
