The Jasper JA-3CB-N is a triple waterless wok range rated at 300 MJ/h on natural gas — the same three-well chimney machine on a reticulated supply. Each chimney burner draws its combustion air up through the centre of the ring and puts a tall column of flame into the wok, which suits deep woks, heavy tossing and long service. This is a full wok line rather than a station.

Fit notes
Allow 1800 mm of width and 900 mm of depth, with the deck at 1180 mm. Confirm the natural gas supply can deliver 300 MJ/h at the outlet before the install is booked; on a shared line that is the check most likely to fail. Chimney burners throw their heat straight up, so the hood has to cover the whole 1800 mm.
