A commercial machine is rated by how many racks an hour it clears, not by how much it holds. Work back from your busiest half hour: a glasswasher on a two-minute cycle behind a bar is doing a different job from a dishwasher clearing a 90-cover service, and undersizing shows up as staff hand-washing at the sink during peak — the exact cost the machine was bought to remove.
Water is the hidden running cost in Sydney
Hard water scales the boiler and the jets, and scale is the commonest reason a warewasher dies early. Budget for treatment alongside the machine rather than after the first breakdown, and count chemical dosing in the running cost, not just the power.
A small range, deliberately
We hold six machines — Washtech, Fagor and Asber — from $2,905 to $6,525 ex-GST, all in stock. Warewashing is not where we go deep; refrigeration is. If you need a passthrough, a rack conveyor or something outside this range, ask and we will source it rather than sell you the nearest thing on the shelf.
