Refund and Returns Policy

Goods that are damaged during transit must be reported to Jono Refrigeration within 24 hours. Large goods such as fridges must be visually inspected by the Customer on delivery for damage and an acceptance of delivery docket completed noting any damage that resulted from delivery.

Jono Refrigeration at its sole discretion may agree, at the request of the Customer, to cancel, modify or defer a pre-existing order for the supply of Goods. Customers can request for a return or exchange within 7 days from the delivered date.

Note: We are not able to accept returns or exchanges unless they have been authorised by our Customer Service team We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. If you want to return or exchange, please contact us to provide your Invoice Number and state the reason. After receiving your email with an exchange/return request, our customer service representatives will send the exchange/return instructions back to you via email. Please follow the instructions to process the exchange/return.

Order cancellation

a. For orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund.

b. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped. Please apply for return after receiving the package.

c. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

Return/Exchange process

a. Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the delivered date. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

b. Return shipping fees are at the customer’s own expense. Should Jono Refrigeration agree to such an exchange, the Customer agrees to pay for all reasonable costs incurred by Jono Refrigeration in amending or the order, including but not limited to handling fees and re-delivery fees.  The Customer acknowledges that a 30% of the purchase price re-stocking fee is commercially fair and reasonable.

c. We will email you once processing your refund or exchange and the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Generally, you will receive a refund within 5 to 15 business days. (If no refund is received within 30 days, please contact us via email)

Note: All return/exchange items must be returned unused, undamaged, unpacked and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees.
