The Jasper JA-3CB-L is a triple waterless wok range rated at 270 MJ/h on LPG — three chimney-burner wells for a venue with no mains gas. Each chimney burner draws its combustion air up through the centre of the ring and stands a tall column of flame in the wok, which suits deep woks, heavy tossing and long service. This is a full wok line rather than a station.

Fit notes
Allow 1800 mm of width and 900 mm of depth, with the deck at 1180 mm. It runs on bottled LPG: size the cylinder bank and the regulator for 270 MJ/h, and expect to plan a changeover position rather than a single bottle. Chimney burners throw their heat straight up, so the hood has to cover the whole 1800 mm.
