The Jasper JA-2DB-N is a double waterless wok range rated at 200 MJ/h on natural gas — the same two-well duckbill machine on a reticulated supply. Duckbill burners sit under each well and push a wide, shaped flame up the side of the wok, which is where wok hei comes from rather than from the base alone.
Waterless means there is no water tray to top up or drain behind the deck.

Fit notes
Allow 1200 mm of width and 900 mm of depth, with the deck at 1180 mm. On natural gas the supply line has to carry 200 MJ/h at the outlet — worth confirming before install if the run already feeds a range or a fryer.
