The Jasper JA-2DB-L is a double waterless wok range rated at 160 MJ/h on LPG — a two-cook wok section for a venue running on bottled gas. Duckbill burners under each well push a wide, shaped flame up the side of the wok rather than only into its base, which is where wok hei comes from. It is built for a kitchen that cooks in a wok all night, not occasionally.

Allow 1200 mm of width and 900 mm of depth, with the deck at 1180 mm. It runs on bottled LPG: plan a cylinder bank that will hold out through a service at 160 MJ/h, a correctly sized regulator, and a safe changeover position. Check the canopy covers the full front.
