The Jasper JA-2CB-L is a double waterless wok range rated at 180 MJ/h on LPG — two chimney-burner wells for a site with no mains gas. Each chimney burner draws its combustion air up through the centre of the ring and stands a tall column of flame in the wok, which is what deep tossing and hard, fast stir-frying need. It is a two-cook section rather than a single station.

Fit notes
Allow 1200 mm of width and 900 mm of depth, with the deck at 1180 mm. It runs on bottled LPG, so size the cylinder bank and the regulator for 180 MJ/h and leave a safe spot to change over mid-service. Chimney burners send their heat straight up, so the hood must cover the full depth.
