The Jasper JA-2CB-N is a double waterless wok range rated at 200 MJ/h on natural gas — the same two-well chimney machine on a reticulated supply. Each chimney burner draws its combustion air up through the centre of the ring and puts a tall column of flame into the wok, which is what deep tossing and hard, fast stir-frying need. It is a two-cook section rather than a single station.

Fit notes
Allow 1200 mm of width and 900 mm of depth, with the deck at 1180 mm. Confirm the natural gas line can carry 200 MJ/h at the outlet before install; that is a serious draw on a run already feeding other equipment. Chimney burners send their heat straight up, so the hood must cover the full depth.
