The Atosa EPC-1011E2 is an electric combi oven taking ten full-size gastronorm trays, on a 786 mm-wide body. It is the full-height version of the narrow combi: the same footprint as the seven-tray oven with three more shelves, which is the usual answer when a kitchen runs out of oven before it runs out of room.

- Ten GN 1/1 shelves in a 786 mm-wide body, so the extra capacity is bought in height rather than floor space.
- Runs between 30 °C and 260 °C, which covers proving and holding at one end and roasting at the other.
- An 18,000 W heating element with a 660 W fan motor, on a 380 V supply according to our record.
- 1052 mm high and 136 kg, so whatever it stands on has to be rated for it and level.
- The phase configuration is not published, and the overall power figure on our record does not agree with the element rating — have both confirmed with us before the electrical design is finalised.
Fit notes
Allow 786 mm of width and 870 mm of depth, standing 1052 mm high, with door swing and service access at one side. It needs water in and waste out as well as power. Do not commit the switchboard work until the supply is confirmed.
