The Atosa EPC-0621E2 is an electric combi oven taking six double-size gastronorm trays, on a 908 mm-wide body. The larger tray format is the point: fewer, bigger shelves suit banquet and production work where trays are loaded once and pulled once.

• 160 kg empty, so the floor, the stand and the delivery path all want confirming before it is ordered.
• No electrical rating or phase is published for this model, which is the first thing an installer will ask — we will confirm it with Atosa on request.

Fit notes

Allow 908 mm of width and 1080 mm of depth, standing 922 mm high, plus door swing and side access for service. The depth is what catches people out: this is well past a standard bench run. It needs water in and waste out as well as power.
