The Atosa EPC-1021E3 is an electric combi oven taking ten double-size gastronorm trays, on a 908 mm-wide body. It is the largest oven in this range: full-size tray format at full height, which is production and banquet territory rather than à la carte.

Fit notes

Allow 908 mm of width and 1080 mm of depth, standing 1224 mm high, plus door swing and service access at one side. It needs water in and waste out along with the power supply, and the top shelf loading height is worth checking against the staff who will use it.
