The Jasper JA-SPB-N is a gas stockpot boiler rated at 100 MJ/h on natural gas — the low, heavy burner a kitchen puts a full stockpot on when the range top cannot spare a ring for eight hours. Its duckbill burner spreads the flame across the base of the pot instead of concentrating it in the middle, which is what keeps a long stock or a congee from catching.

Fit notes
Allow 600 mm of width and 900 mm of depth, with the burner deck at 1180 mm. It needs a natural gas connection carrying 100 MJ/h, and it should sit under extraction — a pot at a rolling simmer puts a lot of steam into the room.
