The Jasper JA-1CB-L is a single waterless wok range rated at 90 MJ/h on LPG — a one-well station for a site running on bottled gas. A chimney burner draws its combustion air up through the centre of the ring and stands a tall column of flame in the wok, which suits deep tossing and hard, fast stir-frying rather than gentle work. It is the right size for a cafe, a small restaurant, or a second wok station.

Fit notes
Allow 600 mm of width and 900 mm of depth, with the deck at 1180 mm. It runs on bottled LPG, so it needs a cylinder supply and a correctly sized regulator; make sure the hood covers the full depth, because a chimney burner sends its heat straight up.
