The Cookrite ATMG-48-LPG is a 1220 mm benchtop gas griddle — the longest plate in the range, for a kitchen where most of the menu comes off a griddle and the counter is the only place to put one.

- 725 mm deep, so the counter has to be a full-depth bench rather than a standard prep run.
- 134 kg empty: at this length the bench has to be engineered for the machine, not the other way round.
Fit notes
Allow 1220 mm of bench width and 725 mm of depth, with 385 mm of height above the counter, and check both the bench rating and the canopy length before delivery. The plate size itself is not published on the sheet we hold — confirm it with us. On LPG it needs cylinders and a correctly sized regulator, sized for 30 MJ/h, plus somewhere safe to change over.
