The Cookrite ATCB-48-LPG is a 1220 mm benchtop char rock broiler — the longest rock grill in the range, for a kitchen where grilled product is most of the menu and the char is the selling point rather than a side effect.

Fit notes
Allow 1220 mm of bench width and 700 mm of depth, with 386 mm of body height above the counter. Extraction is the deciding factor at this length — a rock broiler this wide will beat a marginal canopy, and the rock still has to be raked and replaced. It is set up for LPG, so it runs off bottled gas on a site with no reticulated supply; size the cylinders and regulator for 33 MJ/h.
