Cookrite 900mm Char Grill — Natural Gas

The Cookrite AT80G9C-C-NG is a 900 mm gas char grill built as a bench module in the full-depth cooking line. Three burners run under the grate, which turns a long grill into three sections: hot for searing, one cooler for holding, one off when the room is empty.

• Three burners under the grate, so the grill can be run in sections instead of all or nothing.
• 79.5 MJ/h on natural gas across the whole grill, which is what a loaded grate needs to stay hot.
• 900 mm of grilling width — a grill house section, where a service of steaks and vegetables can run together.
• 800 mm deep, flush with the rest of the cooking line.
• 98 kg as a bench unit, which means purpose-built joinery rather than an existing counter.

Fit notes

Allow 900 mm of width and 800 mm of depth, plus 562 mm of body height on the bench, and confirm both the bench rating and the canopy coverage. On natural gas it is rated at 79.5 MJ/h, a touch above the LPG build of the same grill, and the install is a fixed connection sized for that load.
