Cookrite 6 Burner Cook Top — Natural Gas

The Cookrite AT80G6B-F-NG is a six-burner open gas cook top rated at 168 MJ/h on natural gas, standing on its own legs in a cooking suite. It is the size most restaurant kitchens settle on: enough rings for two cooks to work a full menu, without the length of an eight-burner top.

Key features

• Six open burners on 168 MJ/h, which covers stocks, sauces and service pans at once rather than in sequence.
• 900 mm of front — two working positions, so the section does not fall apart when a second cook is put on it.

Fit notes

Allow 900 mm of width and 800 mm of depth in the run, with the top at 1115 mm, and confirm the canopy covers the full depth before the suite is set out. Natural gas keeps the bench clear of cylinders, provided the line is sized for 168 MJ/h rather than teed off whatever was nearest.
