Cookrite Open 6 Burner Cook Tops — LPG

The Cookrite AT80G6B-C-LPG is a six-burner open gas cook top rated at 168 MJ/h on LPG, built as a bench module in the full-depth cooking line. Six rings is a section two cooks can share through a service instead of one cook working and one waiting.

Key features

• Six open burners on 168 MJ/h, so a pasta pot, a stock and four pans can all be lit without the flame going thin.
• 900 mm of front, which is room for two cooks side by side or one cook with pans staged across the top.
• 800 mm deep, matching the other modules so the run reads as one line rather than a row of boxes.
• 562 mm high as a bench module — the stand or counter has to be built for it, not found for it.
• 98 kg before anything is put on top, which is a real load for the joinery underneath.

Fit notes

Allow 900 mm of width and 800 mm of depth, and check the bench is rated for 98 kg plus full pots before it is installed. Being an LPG unit it runs off cylinders, so size the bottle bank and regulator for 168 MJ/h and leave a safe spot to change over mid-service.
