The Cookrite AT80G3G-C-LPG is a 300 mm gas hotplate — a solid griddle plate built as a bench module in the full-depth cooking line. One burner sits beneath it, so this is a single-zone plate: the piece you add for eggs, onions and a few steaks rather than the plate a whole breakfast service runs on.

Fit notes
Allow 300 mm of width and 800 mm of depth, plus 562 mm of body height above the bench or stand carrying it. The plate size is not on the sheet we hold — check it with us. Being an LPG unit it runs off cylinders, so size the bottle bank and regulator for 25 MJ/h and leave a safe spot to change over mid-service.
