The Cookrite AT80G2B-C-LPG is a two-burner open gas cook top rated at 56 MJ/h on LPG, built as a bench module in Cookrite's full-depth cooking line. It is the piece a kitchen adds when a section needs two more rings — a stock station, a sauce corner, or the gap at the end of a run that everyone keeps fighting over.
Key features
- Two open burners sharing 56 MJ/h, so both can be worked hard at the same time instead of taking turns.
- 300 mm of front — the narrowest module in this line, so it drops into a gap rather than forcing a rebuild.
- 800 mm deep, matching the rest of the cooking line so the front edge stays flush along the run.
- 562 mm high, which is what makes this the bench version: it needs a stand or a counter built to carry it.
- 39 kg of frame before a pot goes on it — worth checking what the bench underneath is rated to hold.
Fit notes
Allow 300 mm of width and 800 mm of depth, and remember the 562 mm of height sits on top of whatever carries it, so the real working height is the bench plus the machine. Being an LPG unit it runs off cylinders, so size the bottle bank and regulator for 56 MJ/h and leave a safe spot to change over mid-service.
Warranty
2 Years Parts & Labour, plus a further 2 Years Parts when the unit is registered.
