The Cookrite AT80G3C-C-LPG is a 300 mm gas char grill built as a bench module in the full-depth cooking line. It is the narrow grill a kitchen adds when a handful of steaks, cutlets or skewers need bar marks each service, without giving a whole section over to grilling.
Key features
- One burner under the grate, which makes this a single-section grill: everything on it cooks at the one setting.
- 24 MJ/h on LPG, which is what puts marks on protein instead of slowly drying it.
- 300 mm of grilling width — a few portions at a time, so it suits a menu with one or two grilled items rather than a grill house.
- 800 mm deep, matching the modules either side so the run stays flush.
- 41 kg on the bench, light enough to be lifted into place by two people.
Fit notes
Allow 300 mm of width and 800 mm of depth, with 562 mm of body height above the bench, and put it under a canopy that can take the smoke a grill makes when fat hits heat. On LPG it is rated at 24 MJ/h, slightly under the natural gas build of the same grill — worth knowing if you are comparing the two — and it needs a cylinder bank and a correctly sized regulator.
Warranty
2 Years Parts & Labour, plus a further 2 Years Parts when the unit is registered.
