The Atosa WDG126FY is a 1200 mm open-front cake showcase. At standard counter length with no glazed door in front of it, this is a self-serve display: customers reach straight in, which is exactly what a grab-and-go bakery counter is trying to make easy.

Key features

• An open front across 1200 mm, so a whole counter length is reachable without anyone opening a door.
• 316 L of display, more than the curved cabinet at the same width because there is no glazing eating volume.
• The trade is real: an open cabinet is exposed to the room all day and will hold less well than a glazed one.
• Holds between 2 °C and 8 °C, provided it is sited away from the things that will pull it off that band.

Allow 1200 mm of width and 660 mm of depth, standing 1200 mm high. Placement decides whether this cabinet performs: keep it away from doorways, air conditioning outlets and direct sun, and leave the back genuinely clear for the condenser. 148 kg empty, on a level floor.
