The Atosa MSF8302G is a two-door sandwich bar with a glass canopy over the rail — the front-of-house version of this prep counter. The glass puts the made-up pans on show and keeps the customer out of them, which is what a servery needs and a back-of-house prep bench does not.

Fit notes
Allow 1225 mm of width and 762 mm of depth, standing 1420 mm to the top of the canopy, and check that height against the serving line and the customer's sightline. We hold no refrigerant and no holding temperature band for this model either; on a glazed servery both are worth pinning down with us before you commit.
