The Atosa ESL3881 is a countertop salad bar 1205 mm long in the deeper of the two body sizes. Same counter length as the narrow model, a deeper well behind it — which is the whole decision on this range once the length is settled.

Key features

• 40 L in the same 1205 mm of counter, because the extra depth is what buys the volume, not extra length.
• 395 mm deep, so the well takes a wider strip of the bench but holds noticeably more under the pans.
• Open top with no doors, so a queue keeps moving and nobody is one-handing a lid through a lunch rush.
• 41 kg empty, which the bench has to carry along with a full set of loaded pans on top of it.
• 435 mm above the counter, keeping the product visible without blocking the sightline to the staff behind it.

Fit notes

Allow 1205 mm of counter length and 395 mm of depth, standing 435 mm above the bench, with a power point in the run and clearance behind for the condenser. No holding temperature or refrigerant is published for this model, so if the product going in it is temperature-sensitive, ask us to confirm the band first.
