The Cookrite ATMG-24-LPG is a 610 mm benchtop gas griddle — a solid plate that sits on a counter rather than taking a slot in the cooking run. It is the plate a cafe, takeaway or club kitchen adds for eggs, onions, burgers and anything else that will not survive a grate.
Key features
- A solid plate on the bench, so griddle work does not have to displace a module in the floor-standing run.
- Rated at 30 MJ/h on LPG, enough to bring the surface back after a batch comes off it.
- 610 mm of plate front, which is a working griddle for one cook rather than a single-pan accessory.
- 725 mm deep — deeper than the broilers in this range, so check the counter carries it front to back.
- 73 kg on the bench, most of it in the plate, and that mass is what holds heat when cold product lands.
Fit notes
Allow 610 mm of bench width and 725 mm of depth, with the body 385 mm above the counter and room at the front to scrape into a tray. The plate size itself is not published on the sheet we hold, so confirm it with us before you plan the service. On LPG it needs cylinders and a correctly sized regulator, sized for 30 MJ/h, plus somewhere safe to change over.
Warranty
2 Years Parts & Labour, plus a further 2 Years Parts when the unit is registered.
