The Cookrite ATFS-50-NG is a floor-standing gas deep fryer with four burner tubes through the oil — the same width as the smaller fryer in this range but with an extra tube, which is the difference between keeping up and falling behind when baskets land back to back.
Key features
- 4 tubes running through the oil at 112 MJ/h on natural gas, so a full basket drop does not take the temperature down with it.
- 26.6 L of oil, which is a working volume rather than a large one — the recovery here comes from the extra tube, not from more oil.
- A cool zone beneath the tubes, letting crumb and batter fall out of the frying oil so it goes further between changes.
- 395 mm wide, the same narrow footprint as its smaller sibling, so it lines up in a suite without a redesign.
- 66 kg dry and standing on its own legs: level it before it is filled, because a fryer out of level spits.
Fit notes
Allow 395 mm of width and 765 mm of depth, with the body 1128 mm high, and leave the front clear so a full basket can be lifted straight out rather than swung. It needs a natural gas connection, and it should not sit in a walkway while the oil is hot.
