The Cookrite ATFS-40-LPG is a floor-standing gas deep fryer holding 26.4 L of oil — the single fryer for a cafe, small takeaway or bistro that fries steadily rather than constantly. Tube burners run through the oil instead of heating the pan from underneath, so the temperature comes back after a basket drops rather than sagging for the rest of the order.

Fit notes
Allow 395 mm of width and 765 mm of depth, with the fryer 1128 mm high so the basket lip lands at working height, and keep the front clear to lift a full basket out. It runs on bottled LPG, so it needs a cylinder supply and a correctly sized regulator, and it should not sit in a walkway while the oil is hot.
