The Cookrite AT65G4G-C-NG is a 400 mm gas hotplate — a solid griddle plate for eggs, bacon, onions and toasted sandwiches in a cafe or takeaway with no room for a full breakfast line. A single burner sits under the plate, which makes it one heat zone: quick and simple, rather than something a whole service is staged across.
Key features
- A solid plate rather than open burners, so everything that would fall through a grate has somewhere to cook.
- One burner under the plate — honest about what this is, which is a short-order griddle and not a two-temperature breakfast station.
- Rated at 25 MJ/h on natural gas, which is what brings a cold plate back after a run of frozen product.
- 650 mm deep, built for a shallower bench than the full-depth cooking line.
- 39 kg — heavier than it looks, because the weight is in the plate, and that mass is what stops it losing heat.
Fit notes
Allow 400 mm of width, 650 mm of depth and 485 mm of height on the bench, with clearance behind for the gas connection and room at the front to scrape off. The plate size is not on the sheet we hold — ask us to confirm it. Natural gas keeps the bench clear of cylinders, provided the line is sized for 25 MJ/h rather than teed off whatever was nearest.
Warranty
