The Cookrite AT65G2B-C-LPG is a two-burner open gas cook top rated at 25 MJ/h on LPG — a compact hot section for a cafe, sandwich bar or small restaurant that needs somewhere to hold a sauce and keep a pan moving without giving up a whole run of bench. It is built on Cookrite's shallower chassis, so it suits a counter that was never framed to carry a full-depth cooking line.
Key features
- Two open burners with the flame straight onto the pan base, which is what brings a pot back after it has been topped up.
- 650 mm deep instead of full depth, so it lands on an ordinary bench rather than forcing the joinery out.
- 400 mm of width — the smallest front in this line that still gives a cook two rings to work between.
- 485 mm tall, low enough to sit under a canopy on a bench without the cook reaching over it.
- 25 kg, light enough for one person to lift into place and shift again when the bench behind it is cleaned.
Fit notes
Allow 400 mm of width and 650 mm of depth, with 485 mm of height above whatever carries it, and leave clearance behind for the gas connection. Being an LPG unit it runs off cylinders, so size the bottle bank and regulator for 25 MJ/h and leave a safe spot to change over mid-service.
Warranty
2 Years Parts & Labour, plus a further 2 Years Parts when the unit is registered.
