Atosa Round Cake Showcase - WSY125L

The Atosa WSY125L is a 900 mm round cake showcase for a bakery counter, and the larger of the two bench-mounted patisserie cabinets. At this length the display stops being a feature on the counter and becomes the counter, which is how most small bakeries end up merchandising a finished range.

Key features

• 160 L of chilled display held above the bench, so the whole finished range faces the customer at once.
• A round glazed front running the full 900 mm, which suits a patisserie counter far better than a boxy case.
• 560 mm deep, shallow enough that it does not swallow the working side of the counter behind it.
• Holds between 2 °C and 8 °C, and is charged with R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant.
• No shelf count is published for this model, so ask us before you plan how the range will be tiered in it.

Fit notes

Allow 900 mm of counter length and 560 mm of depth, standing 670 mm above the bench, on joinery rated for 75 kg before loading. It is rated for a 43 °C ambient, but keep it out of direct sun and away from the entry door, and leave the back clear for the condenser.
