The Atosa WDF157Z is a 1500 mm cake showcase on the deep body — a long, deep, full-height display for a bakery whose finished range genuinely fills a shopfront.

Key features

  • 638 L of display, which is a large production bakery's full range held at serving temperature.
  • 750 mm deep and 1350 mm tall, the deep body, which is where the capacity over a shallower cabinet comes from.
  • Square glazing across 1500 mm, giving a long clean front that wipes down in straight lines.
  • Holds between 2 °C and 8 °C, so cream and custard product is still saleable at the end of a trading day.
  • Charged with R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant, and rated for a 40 °C ambient.

Fit notes

Allow 1500 mm of width and 750 mm of depth, standing 1350 mm high, on a floor level and strong enough for 298 kg before it is loaded. Keep it out of direct sun and away from the entry door, and leave genuine clearance behind for the condenser.
