The Atosa MSF8301OS is a single-door sandwich prep table with an over shelf — the same narrow prep counter as the plain model, with a shelf carried above the pan rail for plates, wraps and garnish. It keeps a one-person station tidy without adding any floor width.

Key features

• 203 L under one door, with the over shelf adding storage upwards rather than sideways.
• 1844 mm to the top of the shelf, so check the ceiling, any canopy and the sightline over the counter first.
• 698 mm wide, still the narrow body, so the shelf is paid for in height and not in floor space.
• Charged with R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant, in the same 762 mm-deep body as the plain table.
• Rated for a 43 °C ambient, which a prep counter working next to a hot line will see every service.

Fit notes

Allow 698 mm of width and 762 mm of depth, and 1844 mm of height to the over shelf — that height is the thing to check before ordering, since it is what stops this model going under a low canopy. Leave the back clear for the condenser. No holding temperature band is published for this model.
