The Atosa ESL3885 is a countertop salad bar 1605 mm long in the narrow body — a long servery run that still leaves working bench behind it. It suits a counter where the range on show matters more than the depth of any one pan.

Key features

• 48 L spread along a long, shallow well, so the range is wide rather than the pans being deep.
• 335 mm deep, which is the point of this model: a long bar that does not eat the whole counter depth.
• Open top with no doors, so staff work straight from the pans and nothing slows the queue down.
• 45 kg empty, and the counter supporting it needs to be rated for that plus a full set of loaded pans.
• 435 mm above the bench, low enough that the customer can still see the person serving them.

Fit notes

Allow 1605 mm of counter length and 335 mm of depth, standing 435 mm above the bench, with a power point in the run and clearance behind for the condenser. No holding temperature or refrigerant is published for this model, so the holding band is worth confirming with us before anything goes in it.
