The Atosa ESL3884 is a countertop salad bar 1505 mm long in the deeper body. Same counter length as the narrow version, more well behind it: this is the one to choose when the counter can spare the depth and the servery wants the volume.

Key features

• 53 L under the pans, which at this length puts a full servery range in the well rather than a selection of it.
• 395 mm deep, so the extra volume comes from the bench depth rather than from taking more counter length.
• No doors on it at all, which is what keeps a build-to-order counter moving through a lunch rush.
• 47 kg empty, so the counter has to be built for the unit plus loaded pans rather than sized by eye.
• 435 mm above the bench, keeping product on show without closing the sightline between customer and server.

Allow 1505 mm of counter length and 395 mm of depth, standing 435 mm above the bench, with clearance behind for the condenser and a power point in the run. No holding temperature or refrigerant is published for this model, so confirm the band with us if the product is temperature-sensitive.
