The Atosa ESL3864 is a three-door saladette holding 380 L, built taller than the pizza table of the same length. The extra height puts the pan rail up where a standing cook works from it directly, rather than at bench level.

Key features

1168 mm high, which raises the rail to a comfortable standing build height for a long service.
380 L behind three solid doors, keeping the refill stock directly under the section it supplies.
1365 mm of counter length, so two people can work the rail without crossing each other.
700 mm deep, which keeps it inside a standard bench footprint despite the added height.
Charged with R134a and rated for a 43 °C ambient, worth having on a counter set into a hot line.

Fit notes

Allow 1365 mm of width and 700 mm of depth, standing 1168 mm high — the height is the decision here, so check it against the bench run and anything overhead. 173 kg empty, with the back left clear for the condenser. No holding temperature band is published for this model.
