The Atosa DF157F is a 1500 mm upright cake showcase with square glass. It is the long flat-fronted cabinet: the same shop-defining length as the curved model, kept lower so the counter and the staff behind it are not hidden by it.

Key features

  • 497 L behind flat glass across 1500 mm, a long retail display with 742 mm of depth behind it.
  • 1200 mm tall, which keeps the serving line and any signage visible over the cabinet.
  • Square glazing, simpler to clean along a long run and less prone to glare under shop lighting.
  • Holds between 2 °C and 8 °C, which is what cream, dairy and finished cakes need through a trading day.
  • Charged with R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant, and rated for a 43 °C ambient.

Fit notes

Allow 1500 mm of width and 742 mm of depth, standing 1200 mm high, on a level floor. At 262 kg empty it needs a proper delivery plan. Keep it clear of direct sun and entry-door draughts, and leave the back open for the condenser.
