The Atosa DF157D is a 1500 mm upright cake showcase with curved glass — a long display for a bakery or patisserie where the range on show is the business rather than a sideline to the coffee.

Key features

• 520 L behind curved glass, which is a full production bakery's finished range rather than a day's selection.
• Curved glazing across 1500 mm, so a long cabinet still reads as one continuous display from the door.
• Holds between 2 °C and 8 °C, the band cream-filled and dairy-based product has to stay in all day.
• Charged with R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant, and rated for a 43 °C ambient.
• 275 kg empty at 1350 mm tall, so the floor, the delivery path and the shopfitting all need planning together.

Fit notes

Allow 1500 mm of width and 750 mm of depth, standing 1350 mm high, on a floor level across the whole span. Keep it out of direct sun and away from an entry door, and leave genuine clearance behind for the condenser — a cabinet this size boxed into joinery will run hard.
