The Atosa DF127F is a 1200 mm upright cake showcase with square glass. It is the flat-fronted version of the standard bakery counter size: lower, easier to clean, and less inclined to throw reflections back at the customer.

Key features

  • 395 L behind flat glass, with 742 mm of depth giving proper shelf room rather than a shallow display.
  • 1200 mm tall, so staff and signage behind the cabinet stay visible over the top of it.
  • Square glazing, which wipes down in a straight line and does not gather the glare a curved front can.
  • Holds between 2 °C and 8 °C, a genuine patisserie band rather than a chilled ambient cabinet.
  • Charged with R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant, and rated for a 43 °C ambient.

Fit notes

Allow 1200 mm of width and 742 mm of depth, standing 1200 mm high, on a level floor. Keep it out of direct sun and clear of the entry door draught, and leave the back open for the condenser. At 232 kg empty it is a shopfitting job rather than a delivery drop.
