The Atosa DF127D is a 1200 mm upright cake showcase with curved glass — the size most bakery counters settle on, long enough to hold a working range without taking the whole shopfront.

Key features

  • 400 L behind curved glass, a step up in range from the shorter cabinet rather than just a longer version of it.
  • Curved glazing, so the product on every shelf is visible from across the shop instead of only head on.
  • Holds between 2 °C and 8 °C, which is the working band for cream, custard and finished cakes.
  • Charged with R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant rather than an older synthetic blend.
  • 1350 mm tall and 238 kg empty, so this is shopfitting rather than something to slide into place.

Fit notes

Allow 1200 mm of width and 750 mm of depth, standing 1350 mm high, on a floor that is level across the full width. Keep it out of direct sun and away from an entry door, and leave clear air behind for the condenser. Rated for a 43 °C ambient.
