The Jasper JA-NC-L is a multi-function gas cooker rated at 60 MJ/h on LPG — the same boiling-well machine as its natural gas sibling, set up to run off bottled gas. It is the well a kitchen uses for noodles, dumplings, vegetables and anything else that wants a hard rolling boil, rather than tying up a burner on the range for the whole of service.

- One deep well kept at a rolling boil, so blanching and cooking do not compete for a ring on the range.
- 60 MJ/h on LPG, enough to bring the well back after a cold load drops the temperature.
- A 960 mm deck — lower than the wok ranges, which puts the rim at a workable height for lifting baskets out.

Fit notes
Allow 600 mm of width and 900 mm of depth, with the top at 960 mm. Being an LPG unit it needs a bottle supply and a correctly sized regulator, plus water for filling and a drain point — plan where the well empties before it is positioned, not after.
