Cookrite 8 Burner Cook Top — Natural Gas

The Cookrite AT80G8B-F-NG is an eight-burner open gas cook top rated at 224 MJ/h on natural gas, floor standing in a full cooking suite. It is the top for a kitchen where the burners never all go out during service — a club bistro, a function kitchen, or a restaurant running two sections off one line.

Key features

• Eight open burners on 224 MJ/h between them, so a full top under load still behaves like a full top.
• 1200 mm of front, enough that a second and third cook can be put on without anyone working across someone else.
• 800 mm deep, matching the rest of the run so the suite stays flush.
• 1115 mm high on its own legs, which keeps the working height the same all the way along the line.
• 142 kg of frame: this one is placed, levelled and then permanent.

Fit notes

Allow 1200 mm of width and 800 mm of depth in the run, with the top at 1115 mm, and plan delivery for a machine that cannot be walked through a doorway by one person. It is built for reticulated natural gas, so the real question at install is whether the existing branch will carry 224 MJ/h.
