Cookrite 600mm Hotplate — Natural Gas - AT80G6G-F-NG

The Cookrite AT80G6G-F-NG is a 600 mm gas hotplate on its own legs, standing in a cooking run at working height. Two burners underneath spread the heat along the plate, which is the difference between a griddle that cooks across its whole surface and one with a cold corner.

• Two burners under a solid plate, so the surface works end to end rather than only where the flame is.
• 50 MJ/h on natural gas, which is what a plate this size needs to keep up with a breakfast or burger run.
• 600 mm of plate front — room to work two products at once without them running into each other.
• 1115 mm high on its own legs, so no bench has to be built or rated underneath it.
• 87 kg, and worth levelling properly: a griddle out of level pools fat at one corner.

Fit notes

Allow 600 mm of width and 800 mm of depth in the run, with the plate at 1115 mm and a canopy that covers the full depth. The cooking surface size is not on the supplier sheet we hold — ask us to confirm it. Natural gas makes the install a fixed connection sized for 50 MJ/h, with nothing to change over mid-service.
