The Cookrite AT80G6C-F-LPG is a 600 mm radiant char grill on its own legs, built into a cooking suite at working height. Radiants under the grate throw heat up through the bars, so the food is marked by the grate rather than licked by a flame — and two burners mean the grill can be run at half capacity when trade is slow.
Key features
- Radiant heat rather than direct flame on the product, which keeps flare-ups and fat fires down.
- Two burners across the grate, so a quiet service does not have to heat the whole grill.
- 48 MJ/h on LPG, enough to recover the bars between a bench of steaks.
- 600 mm of grilling front, which is a full working section for one cook.
- 78 kg standing on its own legs, so no bench has to be rated for it.
Fit notes
Allow 600 mm of width and 800 mm of depth in the run, with the grate at 1115 mm, and leave a canopy that covers the depth — the heat and smoke off a char grill go straight up. On LPG it is rated at 48 MJ/h, slightly under the natural gas build of the same grill — worth knowing if you are comparing the two — and it needs a cylinder bank and a correctly sized regulator.
Warranty
2 Years Parts & Labour, plus a further 2 Years Parts when the unit is registered.
