Cookrite Open 4 Burner Cook Tops — LPG

The Cookrite AT80G4B-C-LPG is a four-burner open gas cook top rated at 112 MJ/h on LPG, built as a bench module in the full-depth cooking line. Four rings is where a section stops queueing: a stock, a sauce, a pan in service and one still free when the next docket lands.

Key features

• Four open burners carrying 112 MJ/h between them, so the whole top can run hard rather than two rings working while two idle.
• 600 mm of front — one cook's reach, so nobody is stretching past a colleague to get to a ring.
• 800 mm deep, in line with the other full-depth modules along the run.
• 562 mm high: a bench module, so it wants a stand or a counter framed to take it.
• 69 kg empty, which is a two-person lift onto whatever is carrying it.

Fit notes

Allow 600 mm of width and 800 mm of depth, and add the 562 mm of body height to the bench height when you check the canopy will still clear a tall stockpot. It is set up for bottled LPG, so the install is a cylinder bank and a regulator sized for 112 MJ/h instead of a gas fitter waiting on a mains upgrade.
