The Cookrite AT80G3C-F-LPG is a 300 mm radiant char grill standing on its own legs in a cooking suite. Radiants under the grate carry the heat up instead of the flame touching the food, so bars mark the protein rather than scorching it — and at this width it is a grill for a few portions a service, not a grill section.
Key features
- Radiant heat under the grate rather than open flame on the food, which keeps flare-ups down.
- One burner, so the grill is one temperature end to end — the honest limit of a narrow unit.
- 24 MJ/h on LPG, enough to keep the bars hot between orders.
- 1115 mm high on its own legs, level with the rest of the run so plates move straight along.
- 48 kg, which two people can position and level without lifting gear.
Fit notes
Allow 300 mm of width and 800 mm of depth in the run, with the grate at 1115 mm, and make sure the canopy reaches over the full depth — a char grill loads a hood harder than a flat top does. On LPG it is rated at 24 MJ/h, slightly under the natural gas build of the same grill — worth knowing if you are comparing the two — and it needs a cylinder bank and a correctly sized regulator.
Warranty
2 Years Parts & Labour, plus a further 2 Years Parts when the unit is registered.
