The Cookrite AT80G12G-C-LPG is a 1200 mm gas hotplate built as a bench module — the longest solid plate in this line, for a kitchen where the griddle is the main cooking surface rather than a helper. Four burners run beneath it, which is what keeps a plate this long even enough to use right across.

Fit notes
Allow 1200 mm of width and 800 mm of depth, plus 562 mm of body height on the bench, and confirm the joinery is rated for 143 kg. The plate size itself is not on the supplier sheet we hold — check it with us before you plan the service. LPG suits a site with no mains gas — plan the cylinder position, the regulator and the changeover around 100 MJ/h.
