Atosa 900 Square Hot Display Showcase

The Atosa WHF200L is a 900 mm hot food display showcase with square glass — the longer flat-fronted heated cabinet, for a counter where hot savouries are a real part of the trade rather than an add-on.

Key features

• 900 mm of heated counter, enough to hold a full hot range through a lunch trade rather than a single line.
• Square glazing, which is quicker to wipe down and less reflective than a curved front under bright counter lights.
• A glazed front, so product is on show and shielded from the customer without anyone standing over it.
• 55 kg empty, so the bench underneath needs to be built for it rather than assumed to carry it.
• We are confirming the holding temperature band and the element rating with Atosa — the values our record holds came from the chilled version of this cabinet and cannot apply to a hot display.

Fit notes

Allow 900 mm of counter length and 570 mm of depth, standing 678 mm above the bench, with the bench rated for the load. Until the element rating is confirmed, check the supply with us before the counter is wired in.
