Atosa 5 Grid Undercounter Blast Chiller/Freezer

The Atosa EBF-05 is a five-grid blast chiller and shock freezer holding 94 L. It is the middle cabinet in this range: two more grids than the smallest unit for much the same floor width, bought by kitchens whose cook-ahead has outgrown a single batch per service.

• Five grids in a cabinet no wider than the three-grid model — you are buying height here, not floor space.
• Chiller and freezer in one cabinet, so cook-chill and freeze-down do not need two separate machines.
• 870 mm tall, which puts the top grid at a sensible loading height but rules out sitting under a bench.
• Rated for a 43 °C ambient, worth having when the cabinet lives within reach of the cooking line.
• No chill load or cycle time is published for this model, so we cannot tell you how much hot food it pulls down per run — ask us and we will confirm it with Atosa.

Fit notes

Allow 750 mm of width and 815 mm of depth, standing 870 mm high, and note that the depth is greater than a standard bench run. Blast chillers dump heat quickly, so the back and sides need genuine clearance rather than a token gap.
