Product Registration
Register your unit within 14 days of the invoice date to extend your parts cover by a further 2years. Enter the model number from your invoice and we’ll take you to the right form.
What registration adds
Jono Refrigeration branded units. Your unit already carries its Silver (12 months) or Gold (24 months) parts-and-labour warranty from the invoice date. Registering adds a further 2 years of parts cover on top of that.
F.E.D, FED-X, Thermaster, Tropical Thermaster, Bonvue, Gasmax, Benchstar, Modular Systems, Brullen, Electmax, Fagor, Asberare distributed by Federal Hospitality Equipment, and their registration is handled on Federal Hospitality Equipment’s own form. Enter your model number above and we’ll send you to it.
Other brands we resellare covered by their own manufacturer’s warranty policy, not Federal Hospitality Equipment’s — registration, where the manufacturer offers it, is handled directly by them. Enter your model number above and we’ll tell you where that stands for your unit; if we don’t hold that manufacturer’s registration link, we’ll point you to contact us instead.
